Success is born or made? That is a hard question to answer. But for me, success is not born or gift, success is the result when chance meet good skills. Many people become success in their job and life because the have both aspects: chance and good skills.
Bill Gates is very success because when he was 12 years old, he was able to make program with BASIC language. This aspect is called good skill, while he got a chance when he made a project to build Microsoft Windows which is now very successful although Bill Gates had to sacrifice his college.
